1 72 Models of Aircraft to build
1/72 Models (also written as 1:72) means that the finished model will be 1/72 the size of the original aircraft. So to put this into perspective if the life size object was say 6 feet long (72 inches), the scale model would be 1 inch long.
This is by far the most popular scale to work in for aircraft and you will find a wide range of airplane types and model manufacturers producing 1/72 models.
